I first started out in wood trades some years ago now in a joinery workshop as a machinist. From there I went on to do a carpentry apprenticeship where I did for the most part first and second fix work on new builds. I came across the FDA in furniture making at London Met and thought it was an ideal course for me to improve upon my skills and move into the area of industry I was more interested in. My goal now is to continue to hone my skills in both designing and making and work within the more bespoke sector of industry.
